• How do I order a Survey?

    If you are ordering a survey for property which you already own, or are buying (without the involvement of a lender or a title company), then you can make a request by e-mail from the link provided on the Contact Us tab above, or you can call us at 903-561-7287.


    We will need the following information: the address of the property, the tax office ID number, or the legal description of the property. If you can give us any of this information, then we can schedule your survey.


    If you are buying through a realtor, or have a lender, or are getting a title policy, or closing with an attorney, then simply ask your realtor, loan officer, title company closer, or attorney to email us or give us a call.

    IF YOU ARE A REALTOR, A LENDER, A TITLE COMPANY, OR AN ATTORNEY, then you can order by email, fax, or even by phone. If there is to be a Title Policy, then please send the Schedules A & B information to be included in the survey, your GF number, and your delivery instructions. You can use the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the page to attach necessary documents.

  • How long does a survey take to complete?
    Lots and Block surveys in recorded residential subdivisions, and small tracts (5 acres or less) in Smith and Cherokee Counties can usually be delivered in two or three working days from the time they are ordered. Larger tracts will usually take longer. If it is a rush to meet a closing deadline, let us know, and we will schedule it accordingly.

  • How Much Does a Survey Cost?
    While every property is different, we can give you a quote on any size tract, in any location in our service area. Just call or email, with the property information, and we will let you know the cost.
  • How do I pay for my survey?
    If there is to be a title company closing, or closing at an attorney's office, typically the survey fee can be paid at time of closing, and the title company or attorney's office will send payment to us.

    If there is no closing involved, then we will send you an invoice with the final survey plat, or at the time the survey is completed, if there is to be no plat prepared.

    We accept cash, checks, credit/debit cards and money orders.
